Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ScribeFlow mobile application and related services operated by SedoApps.
1. Service description
ScribeFlow is an AI-assisted transcription service for uploaded, recorded, or imported media. Depending on the feature used, the service may also generate summaries, translations, AI chat responses, notes, and speaker labels.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Some features require an authenticated account, while some usage may begin through anonymous access. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
3. Lawful use and user content
You must:
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law
- Have the legal right to record, upload, import, process, and transcribe the media you submit
- Avoid uploading unlawful, abusive, infringing, privacy-violating, or harmful content
- Ensure that your use of transcripts and generated outputs complies with applicable rights and obligations
You remain responsible for the content you submit and for how you use any generated output.
4. AI output limitations
ScribeFlow uses automated systems and third-party AI providers. Transcripts, summaries, translations, speaker labels, and chat responses may contain errors. SedoApps does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for legal, medical, financial, employment, compliance, or other high-risk decisions without independent review.
5. Processing and service providers
Submitted content may be processed through SedoApps backend infrastructure and trusted third-party providers, including OpenAI and Google Firebase services, solely to provide requested app features and account functionality.
6. Plans, feature availability, and release scope
This Google Play release provides the currently available app experience and service limits. In the current free plan, free users can start up to 3 transcription jobs per day. SedoApps may also apply quotas, rate limits, anti-abuse protections, and safety caps to protect the service. Some features, processing options, speaker-label availability, and output quality may differ by plan or account state. Premium plans, subscriptions, and top-up purchases are not available in this release unless SedoApps explicitly enables them in a later version.
7. Acceptable use and enforcement
SedoApps may rate-limit, suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you misuse the service, interfere with service security, violate these Terms, or create legal, operational, or abuse-prevention risk.
8. Intellectual property
SedoApps and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, interface, branding, and related materials, excluding your own uploaded content. You may not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or exploit the service except as allowed by law.
9. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SedoApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
10. Privacy, retention, and deletion
SedoApps processes personal data in accordance with applicable law and the ScribeFlow Privacy Policy. Account deletion may be requested through the app or through the public delete-account page. Uploaded or downloaded source media may be retained only temporarily, and some generated files or exports may not remain available indefinitely after retention cleanup or operational maintenance.
11. Changes to the service or Terms
SedoApps may update the service, app features, usage limits, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms are published means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey unless applicable local consumer law requires otherwise. For support or legal questions, contact [email protected].
